Unique fuel conditioner - Promotes Combustion - Saves fuel and reduces pollution. Fuel Oxidizer, when added to hydrocarbon fuel oil, the cluster of molecules breaks down and changes the spatial arrangement without changing the chemical formulation.
This liquid fuel combustion promoter which acts as an agent to de-polymerize the structure of hydrocarbon “similar to close crate” and therefore fuller oxidation of internal carbon therein, are possible.
This more complete and homogeneous combustion of fuel oil without leaving any traces of sedimentation ensures a saving of minimum (5-8)% fuel oil and makes flue gas eco-friendly being almost free from CO and Oxides of Nitrogen.
Recommended rate 1 part of Fuel Oxidizer in 1000 part of fuel oil i.e. 1 liter in 1000 liter to be added before filling the tank, preferably in mother tank.
When Fuel Oxidizer is added to fuel oil in a ratio of 1 part of Fuel Oxidizer to 1000 parts of hydrocarbon fuel i.e. FO, LDO or LSHS it promotes combustion, resulting in more released energy from each unit of fuel burn. Fuel Oxidizer can be used in Coal Tar Oil also at ratio of 2 Ltrs./1000 Ltrs. of CTO.
A liquid hydrocarbon fuel when injected in the zone of combustion the bonds in long chain hydrocarbon molecules are broken into shorter chain molecules having lower flash point, which burns more easily.
Reduces the inter-facial tension between liquid fuel phase and air phase (gas phase) and improves atomization of fuel droplets.
The hydrocarbon molecules regardless of sizes, are oxidized(burnt) evenly at a lower temperature, without generation of “Hot-Spots” in the zone of combustion.
Fuel Oxidizer re-forms oil particles(50~200micron) into super fine particles (approx. 5 ~ 10 micron) in fuel, facilitating oxidization-combination reaction so that Hydrocarbon is completely combusted and oxidized into H2O and CO2.
It is an oxygenated organic chemical which donates nascent Oxygen to the hydrocarbon molecules in the fuel during combustion. A chain reaction is initiated which oxidizes the hydrocarbon molecules to CO2 and H2O at a faster rate.
Release of Heat Energy (calorie) in fuel increases because of combination with O2 occurs in a special, spatial arrangement at the time of combustion with this product thus there is fuel saving effect.
