A ready-for-use high solid, water based zircon coat
Use:
- EXOMOL ZW 902 has excellent suspension characteristics.
- EXOMOL ZW 902 has very high filler enabling better covering properties.
- EXOMOL ZW 902 develops a thick coating in a single application.
- EXOMOL ZW 902 gives an even, smooth and well adherent layer of refractory Filler on the mould/core surface.

Instructions For Use:
EXOMOL ZW 902 can be applied by brushing and swabbing on to moulds and cores. Spray where necessary after adding 10-12% water. This should be thoroughly mixed to a homogeneous consistency by gentle stirring before use.
EXOMOL ZW 902 gives excellent casting finish even on critical jobs under the most severe casting conditions.
